It doesn't do anything else but it integrates with REX4 now and it only costs 10 bucks. REX soft clouds just replaces low level cloud textures so they look all 3D and soft and fluffy. But you can also change a lot of other stuff with it too, runway textures - all different tarmac and concrete surfaces - it does different taxi markings, sky colours, weather sounds, different wave animations for the sea. REX changes other environment textures, clouds is the one it's famous for and it also has a real time weather engine to replace the FSX one.
